Rapid prototyping consists of methods used to create a working model of a new system, item or product quickly. This is usually done from 3D images produced with CAD software and uses a 3D printer to rapidly make the components. It’s used a lot in innovative industries: The Language of Invention: Explaining Words You Need To Know

A full-scale model of the product is manufactured out of polymeric 3d printer material. While the actual product may be made out of a different type of material besides plastic, the idea is to create a real-life size product to help the product designer verify the design. This can be done in many different forms, making the process of creating a prototype device much more adaptable and budget-friendly.

Rapid prototyping is the speedy creation of a full-scale model. The word prototype comes from the Latin words proto (original) and typus (model). It is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data. Some techniques are write below:

1. 3D printing (3DP)

2. Fused deposition modeling (FDM)

3. stereolithography process (SLA)

4.Selective laser sintering (SLS)

5. Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM).

Recently I have taken the services 3D Printing & Rapid prototyping Services mumbai pune delhi gurgaon india , which provides Rapid Prototyping and a reliable FDM 3D printing service in gujarat india.
